Welcome to Bas d'Avant, a few minutes from the charming and very lively bastide of Eymet, close to the village of Pruniers, the Vigiers golf course, the Château de Duras and Lac d'Escourroux!

In an old renovated barn, nestled in lush greenery, we have set up 3 guest rooms upstairs, including a family room. For your greatest comfort, each of them has a courtesy tray, air conditioning, a window equipped with mosquito net and shutter, a 160X200 bed, a flat screen TV, a bathroom private water and private WC.

All bathroom and bed linen as well as toiletries are provided.

An independent entrance allows you to live at your own pace. Upstairs, a common lounge, a library and board games await you for moments of relaxation.

Every morning a generous and gourmet breakfast is served to you in the dining room or on the terrace in summer.

You will find a wide choice of activities depending on the season: fishing, golf, hiking, walking and cycling, discover the Saints Amants estate, vines and lambs, tasting at the GAEC boutique, of Christophe candidate 2024 of "L'AMOUR EST DANS LE PRÉ"!

Back from your daily escapades, you will enjoy refreshing yourself in the swimming pool and relaxing in the spa.

And to end your days well, we offer you a unique homemade menu upon reservation (the day before) made up of fresh local products, organic or sustainable or from the vegetable garden!

                 Disconnect from everyday life, listen to birdsong, observe the stars.
